The width, depth, shape and length of your feet are measured, assessed and recorded using both metric and imperial gauges (as there is no universal standard for shoe sizing).

We take a wholistic health approach to fitting shoes and we are regularly recommended by podiatrists and other health professionals.
The more information you give us the better we can do our job. Some medical conditions, such as diabetes and arthritis, can affect the feet and therefore influence the shoes that we fit you with. We liaise with many support groups and work closely with professionals to make sure we know what the most common problems are and what we can do to help your feet.

When you are referred to us by your podiatrist (or health professional) we want to help them to make your feet healthy – whilst they know your feet, we know our shoes!
That is why we recommend that you take the shoes we fit you with back to your podiatrist for their approval and if your shoes are not approved we will happily exchange them for a more suitable pair or provide a full refund.
